Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 boneless chicken breast
bottle of Italian Dressing
Bacon
Cheddar Cheese
Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Take your chicken breast and use the side of a saucer to beat the breast into about 1/2 inch thick. By doing this you will be able to cook your chicken evenly.

Saute your sliced mushroom in butter until done.
Cook bacon

Put your flattened chicken breast into a large nonstick pan and pour some Italian dressing on top. Cook on medium heat turning breast and keeping it wet with the dressing. When it is done pour some more Italian dressing on top and turn on higher heat and cook until all the dressing is gone.

At this time put your breasts in a baking dish and top with cooked mushrooms, cooked bacon and cheddar cheese.

Put in oven on 350 for about 10 minutes. Just enough time to melt the cheese.

Personal Notes:
If you like Alice Springs Chicken from Outback you will love this. The chicken part tastes better than the Outback one.

You can also do chicken strips this way.
