2 c. kidney beans
2 c. garbanzo beans
2 c. green beans
1 red onion, sliced into rings
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
6 T. sugar
1 T. fresh basil, minced
3/4 t. dry mustard
salt & pepper to taste

Drain and thoroughly rinse beans after removing from cans. Combine in a large bowl with onion and carrot. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients, toss with bean mixture. Chill overnight before serving.
