1 lb. seashell pasta
1/4 lb. Genoa salami, chopped
1/4 lb. pepperoni sausage, chopped
1/2 lb. Asiago cheese, diced
1 can (6 oz.) black olives, drained & chopped
2 peppers - 1 red and 1 green, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix

DRESSING:
3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c. Balsamic vinegar
2 T. dried oregano
1 T. dried parsley
1 T grated parmesan
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put salad ingredients in a large bowl and sprinkle with Italian salad dressing mix. Refrigerator at least 1 hour. For dressing, whisk all ingredients together and pour over salad just before serving. Mix well.
