3/4 C. Peanut butter
1/4 C. Honey
1 C. Oats
1/4 C. Ground flax meal
1/4 C. Wheat Germ
1/4 C. Chopped almonds

1 C. Ghidarelli dark choc chips

Directions:
Directions:
Melt peanut butter and honey in a saucepan. Once melted, add oats, flax, wheat germ and chopped almonds. Scoop into ball using medium size cookie scoop, add 2 chocolate chips to the center of each ball, then roll firmly. Place balls on a plate and freeze in freezer for 10-15. Mins to harden, then take out and store in ziplock bag in fridge.
