14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. almond extract
14 oz. bag of coconut plus a little more for rolling cookies in
1 cup of mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray OR line pans with parchment paper.
3. Mix milk and almond extract, 14 oz. coconut, and mini chocolate chips.
4. Drop by teaspoonfuls into a pie pan of coconut. Roll slightly in coconut. Place on baking sheet.
5. Bake 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
6. Let sit on pan for 2 minutes then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
7. Store in container with wax paper between the layers.
