1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 large carrots, diced
½ cup chicken broth
1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauc
2 Tbls. Tomato paste
1 can peas
salt & pepper
mashed potatoes to top
Splash of milk
1 Tbls. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion. Add to crock pot, along with diced carrots and peas. Pour in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste. Season with salt & pepper. Cook on low for 5 hours or until carrots are tender. Blend potatoes, milk and butter until creamy. Spoon mashed potatoes on top of shepherd's pie filling in slow cooker. Cook 1-2 hours more on low.

If you want to the potatoes browned, place in broiler for a minute or two before serving.
