4 tables. butter
4 blocks of Hershey's baking chocolate
1/3 cup hot milk
3 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Stir until blended.
Stir hot milk into sugar and beat until smooth.
Stir in vanilla and salt into chocolate mixture.
Beat until smooth and thickened for about 5 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Enough frosting for filling and top of 2 (9") cake layers. Double recipe if sides of cake need to done. Used for Rich's birthday cake on March 5th, 2005. Very good!
