Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp yeast
1 ¼ c. warm water
½ c. sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
3 eggs
½ c. butter, melted
4 ½ c. flour

Filling:
½ c. butter
1 c. sugar
Pinch of 1 orange, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dough ingredients in mixer or knead for 10 minutes by hand. Let rise until double. For filling, melt the butter and combine with sugar and orange zest. After mixing, refrigerate until consistency for spreading. This keeps filling from running out of dough when slicing. Divide dough in half and roll out into rectangles and spread with filling. Roll up and slice into 1 inch slices with knife, string, or unflavored dental floss. Put in greased muffin tins to form blossoms or bake on cookie sheet as with cinnamon rolls. May also be formed into croissants. Let rise and bake at 350º for 12 minutes. Also good drizzled with glaze.
