Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 c. flour
2 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
½ c. milk powder
2 c. water
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except oil and knead dough for about 5 minutes. Set aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil in pan. Oil should be ½ inch deep, enough for bread to float while frying. Divide dough into round tennis ball-size pieces. Flatten, like tortillas, about ¼ inch thick. Punch a dime-size hole in the middle, so the fry bread doesn't puff out. Carefully place in hot oil. Turn bread over carefully, using a long fork. Put in a bowl lined with paper towels. To make Navajo Tacos, layer with beans, ground taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives, and salsa.
