2 packages 3.4 oz vanilla instant pudding mix
2 envelopes Dream Whip
4 c half and half
1 c whipping cream
1 t almond flavoring
1 11 oz can mandarin oranges
2 3 oz packages lady fingers
fruit of your choice to garnish top

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat the pudding mix, Dream Whip, half and half, whipping cream, and almond flavoring for 8-10 minutes. Line the sides and bottom of a glass serving bowl with split lady fingers. Spoon half of the liquid from the mandarin oranges over the lady fingers. Pour half of the pudding mixture on top of the ladyfingers. Lay the rest of the lady fingers over the top of the pudding. Spoon the remaining liquid from the mandarin oranges over the lady fingers. Cover with the rest of the pudding. Garnish with fruits of your choice: strawberries, grapes, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, blackberries,mandarin oranges. Refrigerate until ready to be served. This recipe can be prepared the night before and the fruit added before serving.
