5 c. broccoli florets, cut up
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and broken into pieces
¼ c. red onion, chopped
1 c. Craisins
1 c. sunflower seeds

Dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
½ c. sugar
2 Tbsp cider vinegar or red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and pour as much of it as desired over salad just before serving.

You can add half cauliflower and half broccoli and it tastes just as yummy!
