2 c boiling water
1 large box orange jello
1 16 oz can cranberry sauce with berries
1 16 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Mix boiling water with jello until dissolved. Mix all remaining ingredients together and put in a mold or casserole. Refrigerate until firm. Serve on lettuce leaves or alone.

Personal Notes:
I always make this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I usually spray "Pam" in mold or casserole before I pour mix in; it will come out much easier. Also, I break up can of cranberries pretty good before I mix with other ingredients.
