12 large flat open mushrooms
2 T slivered almonds
1 green pepper
2 t. curry powder
2 t. dry mustard
2 t. brow sugar
2 T ketchup
1 T Worcestershire sauce

Souffle Topping
2 egg whites beaten until stiff
1 T mayo
4 T. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook almonds until golden, add chopped mushroom stems,green pepper and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook for 12 minute.

Fill mushrooms with mixture and add soufflé topping. Bake at 425 for 10-12 minutes.
