1 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp.ground black pepper
1-1/2 cup instant rice, (uncooked)
20 oz. Pkg frozen fully cooked diced grilled chicken breast, thawed
4-1/2 oz deli thin sliced smoked ham, cut into cubes
6 oz. pkg. sliced aged Swiss cheese, cut into cubes
1 cup frozen peas (optional)
1 cup cornflakes, crushed
1/2 cup graded Parmesan cheese
2 Tsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven 400 degrees
In a large bowl, whisk together, sour cream, chicken broth, mustard and pepper until smooth. Add rice,ham,Swiss cheese and frozen peas. Stir to combine pour mixture into a 13x9 baking dish and spread evenly. In a small bowl, mix together crushed corn flakes, Parmesan cheese and melted butter Sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole. Bake uncovered on center rack of oven for 25 minutes, until heated
Through and topping is golden brown.
