1/2 lb. pasta
Fresh parsley or flakes Fry the bacon
2 cups cooks and cut up rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 large eggs
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crispy then crumbled
1 small finely chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the eggs, cream, parmesan, parsley, salt and olive oil in a large bowl until well combined. Fry the bacon until crisp then crumble it. Saute the onion in 1-2 tbsp. of the bacon grease and mix in the chicken pieces. Drain the pasta and mix in the onion-chicken mixture until well combined. Pour the egg and cream sauce into the pasta and mix over low heat for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the bacon.
