6 ounces fresh portabella mushrooms
chopped fine
2 T butter
2 t garlic
1 t Dijon mustard
1 can Pillsbury present dinner rolls
3 oz brie cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven 375 and spray mini muffin cups with pam.
saute musrooms in butter and add garlic and dijon.
Unroll dough and press perforations to seal.
Cut dough into little 1 1/2 inch squares.
Put into muffin tins. Spoon about 1 T of mushroom
mixture into each square and bake 10 -12 minutes or until light golden brown. Top with small piece of Brie cheese and bake 2-4 minutes longer until cheese is softened.
