10 c. oatmeal
1 t salt
1/2 c. honey
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. water
2 t vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 t nutmeg
2 c. dried fruit, chopped
2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to oatmeal. Combine honey, brown sugar, oil, water, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat gently until sugar is dissolved. Pour over oatmeal and mix well, coating all the oatmeal. Spread onto 5 large cookie sheets and bake at 300º for 20 - 25 minutes stirring regularly. Bake another 10 - 15 minutes longer for a crunchier texture. Cool and break up granola. Add fruit, nuts and coconut. Store in an air tight container up to 3 months.
