3 eggs
1/2 c. bisquick
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 t salt
pinch pepper
1 c. swiss or cheddar or feta cheese, shredded
1/2 c. bacon crumbled or ham cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and meat and pour into a
9" greased pie pan. Sprinkle cheese and meat on top and push into surface of dough. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Let set for
10 minutes before cutting. Can vary this with lightly sauteed veggies, i.e. zucchini, onion, tomatoes, and also vary cheeses.
I have two recipes for quiche. One calls for 1/2 c. milk, one calls for 1 1/2 c. Experiment!!!
