1 lb. sausage
1 c. mushrooms
6 slices bread
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 t dry mustard
1 t salt
8 oz. cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk together. Scramble and drain sausage, add seasonings. Layer into 9x13 greased dish - bread, sausage, mushrooms, then eggs - and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Can assemble the night before, refrigerate and bake the next morning.
