8 hard boiled eggs
1 recipe cream sauce
6 slices hot buttered toast



Cream Sauce
1/4 c. butter
1/8 c. flour
1/2 t salt
dash pepper
2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
For cream sauce - combine together and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Cut eggs in half lengthwise - remove yolks and coarsely chop whites. Fold egg whites into hot sauce. Serve over warm toast and sprinkle with finely chopped egg yolks.
