2 1/4 c. whole milk
2 1/4 c. water
1 t. salt
1 c. quick cooking grits
8 oz. velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter
1/8 t garlic powder
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º - butter 9x12 baking dish.
Bring milk, water and salt to a boil. Sprinkle in grits and stir to combine. Cook about 5 minutes until thick. Stir in garlic powder and cheeses, combine all until cheese is melted. Let stand for
15 minutes to cool, then stir eggs into mixture and pour into dish. Bake until light brown and set - approximately 45 minutes.
