Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
4 Tbsp.cream or evaporated milk
9 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions:

Mix first 3 ingredients, slowly add cream and vinegar. Cook over medium heat
Stirring constantly until thickened.

I don't know if this was Grandma Ginther's recipe or just my mom's but I remember having it all of my life. I think that I was probably 20 years old before I would eat ham without ham sauce. My kids make it when having ham and now my grand children must have it when they eat ham.
