6 cups bran flakes
1 qt buttermilk
1-3/4 cups honey
5 cups flour (2 white, 3 wheat)
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 cup oil
raisins, dates or prunes

Directions:
Dump everything into a big bowl, mix, cover store in fridge for up to 6 weeks (3-6 months in freezer)
When ready to use DO NOT STIR - spoon into muffin tins and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
This makes 6-8 dozen . To halve the recipe cut everything in half except the baking soda - use 3 tsp instead of 5.
