3 lbs lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 1-2 cups cooked rice
salt
2 eggs
1 or 2 heads green cabbage
3 cans Campbells tomato soup (mixed with some water)
Carrots, peeled and quartered
Potatoes, Peeled and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, pork and rice and egg together, season and set aside

In a pot of boiling water cook cabbage and as out leaves get tender cut off each leave individually from core and put aside.

Roll pork/beef mixture into balls and wrap egg roll style in cabbage leaves.
Put everything into dutch oven and cook 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
