4-5 cups cut up cooked chicken
1/4 cup margarine
2-3 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp made
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 cup flour
1-1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
speck cayenne pepper
1/3 cup applesauce

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt butter, stir in curry, salt, allspice, made, ginger, cayenne and flour.
Add broth and cream, cook, stirring until smooth and thickened.
Add applesauce and cook 5 minutes.
Adjust seasoning
Add chicken heat for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with rice and curry acccompanments such as :
chopped boiled egg, peanuts, mandarin oranges, raisins, coconut or chutney.
