1 Large Red Pepper
1 Large Yellow Pepper
1 Large Green Pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup instant rice
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chop onion and peppers. Saute in oil until the onions are translucent.
2. Add ground beef, broth, and seasonings. Stir well.
3. Cover and cook in low for 15 minutes.
4. Add rice, stir, and cook until rice is tender.

* I have yet to make this recipe. Whoever makes this first, please add notes. I'm thinking this may need a can of tomato sauce added to it.
