3 full boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Fiesta nacho cheese soup
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis (Rotel)
2 cups of rice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix everything together except the rice in the crock pot.
2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
3. During the last 20 minutes, add the rice.
4. Shred chicken, mix thoroughly, and serve.
