Ingredients: 2 large apples, seeded, chopped into 1/2 " pieces (Honey Crisp, or your favorite juicy, crispy, tasty apples) ½ C organic dark chocolate (90% cacao) candy bar* chopped into small pieces, chocolate chip size ½ C chopped pecans ¾ C pomegranate seeds (open pomegranate, get 1/2 to 1 cup pomegranate seeds) 1 C vanilla yogurt (Chobani)

Directions:Chop apples into 1/2" pieces, put in large bowl. Add dark chocolate pieces, pecans, and pomegranate seeds. Add yogurt, gently mix ingredients together, and put in glass bowl (so pretty!)
Sprinkle extra pomegranate seeds on top for color. |

Notes: Tidbits: Everything in this salad is delicious and HEALTHY!! Full of nutrition, flavor and Yum!! Pretty for Christmas! Refreshing for summer! Delicious anytime! You can choose a different yogurt, some are sweeter than Chobani, Same for the chocolate (70% will be more appealing than 90%) *If you are just beginning to leave sugar* out of your diet-- NO milk chocolate, its first and highest ingredient is sugar! White sugar is like heroin nutritionally: addictive and poisonous to our bodies)
** I made this recipe after eating the "Snicker Bar Salad" some years ago! SOOOO yummy! SOOOOO BAD !!! (as in: unhealthy) This is my "new and improved" version!
