6-12 leftover hot tamales
3-4 cans of beans (black, red, pinto, chili hot, garbanzo, cannellini)
1 can Rotel tomatoes
I can tomatoes (crushed or diced)
1 can yellow corn
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. Tony Chachere Cajun seasoning
Few drops Tabasco sauce
4 cups beef broth (or more)

Crumble up the tamales in a 4-6 qt. slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with hot cornbread.
