1 cup butter
3 Flour
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
12 oz jar Cheese Whiz
4 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup soda cracker crumbs
3/4 cup water
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2/3 of the butter and saute onions. Add flour and water and cook until thickened.Add Cheese Whiz and mix. Add brocoli, and stir in eggs and salt and pepper. Pour in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with crumbs and dot with remaining butter. (Or you can melt the butter and stir in the crumbs) Bake at 325 degrees for about 45 minutes
