3 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Apple Flavored Brandy
1- 8 ounce package light Philadelphia Brand Neufchatel Cheese softened (or Cream Cheese)
½ Cup Chopped Dried Apple Chunks
¼ Cup Chopped Pecans Toasted
Directions:
Directions:
Gradually add honey and brandy to neufchatel cheese mixing until well blended. Stir in apples and pecans. Cover and chill. Serve with apple and pear slices and assorted crackers.
