4 skinned boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 TBS Butter
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce (Paul Newman's Marinara)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into thin halves. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan. Dip chicken in beaten egg, dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Melt butter in large skillet; add chicken and brown each side over medium heat. Arrange in lightly greased 11x7 dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over, top with mozarella cheese. Cover and Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
