1 8¾ Ounce Can Crushed Pineapple
½ Cup Sugar
½ Cup Pineapple Juice
3 Tablespoons Cornstarch (Argo)
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Can crushed pineapple, sugar, pineapple juice and cornstarch. Stir over moderate heat until thick. Blend in 1 beaten egg yolk and 1 tablespoon butter. Cook a few minutes more then cool. Spread over baked and cooled cheesecake or any other cake or pie.
