5 Pounds Cabbage
1 Green Pepper or Jar of Pimento
½ Teaspoon Mustard Seed
1½ Teaspoon Celery Seed or ½ Teaspoon Celery Salt or Chives
4 Tablespoons Dehydrated Onion flakes
1 Pint White Vinegar
Atrificial Sweetener to equal 2½ Cups Sugar
½ Teaspoon Turmeric
1 Teaspoon Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Grate or chop cabbage and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and heat mixture until it comes to a rolling boil. Cool, then pour over cabbage mixture. Store in covered jars and refrigerate. This will keep for several weeks. Tastes better after it sets for a day.
