1 can black beans drained
2 cans shoe peg corn (or whole kernel) undrained
2 cans rotel undrained
1 cup Italian dressing
1/8 cup minced fresh cilantro
1 tsp lime juice


Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with Tortilla chips or over Grilled Chicken Breasts.
