Ingredients:  
3 chicken breasts (frozen or thawed)
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, undrained
1 can rotel (or your favorite salsa)
1 block of cream cheese (regular and fat free cook and taste the same in this recipe)
1 packet hidden valley ranch dressing dry mix
1 teaspoon onion powder
Taco seasoning, to your liking

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken on the bottom of the crockpot.
2. Mix all ingredients and place cream cheese on top.
3. Add a can of water.
4. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5. Open top and shred chicken with a fork.
6. Serve!
(You can add additional toppings to individual servings. Ex: Avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese)
