2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup chopped walnuts
1 cup milk
2 ½ Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup chopped dates
1 egg, beaten
1 ½ Tbsp. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Sift flour, salt, baking powder,
cinnamon, then stir. Add dates and walnuts. In separate bowl
mix egg, milk, honey and oil, add dry ingredients and stir. Pour
into loaf pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray.
Bake 45-50 minutes.
