Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 onion, chopped
2 cups okra, canned or frozen
1 large bell pepper
Bacon drippings
1 can of chopped tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and bell peppers in bacon drippings
until tender. Add other ingredients and cook
until tender. Shredded cooked chicken or shrimp
can be added too. Serve over a hot bed of rice.
