1 loaf cinnamon bread
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 T. light Karo syrup
6 eggs
2 c. heavy cream
2 T. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, brown sugar & Karo syrup in saucepan, until sugar is melted. Pour in the bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Cut bread into 1" squares. Cut cream cheese into small squares. Layer half of the bread cubes over the brown sugar mixture, then add a layer of cream cheese squares. Top with remaining bread cubes.

Whisk eggs, cream & cinnamon until beaten thoroughly. Pour over bread, making sure to cover all the bread. Cover and store in the fridge overnight. Cook uncovered at 350º for 35-45 minutes or until brown and set.
