3 avocados, halved
1 lime, juiced
1/2 t. kosher salt
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 T. cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Toma tomatoes, diced
Directions:
Directions:
Coat avocados with the lime; reserve the lime juice. Add salt, cumin, cayenne and mash with potato masher. Fold in onions, tomatoes, cilantro and garlic. Add 1 T lime juice, or more, per taste. Put in container, cover with plastic wrap and press down. Serve at room temperature.
