1 Large Ribeye Steak or thinly sliced NY Strip steaks
1 Large Onion
1 large green pepper (optional)
6-8 slices provolone cheese
2 Hard Rolls

Directions:
Cut steak into thin strips*. Julienne onion into strips. Fry onions to personal preference, or caramelize them. Cook steak on medium to medium high heat until just before well done (you can pull off as red is fading because the internal heat will finish cooking them). When the meat is cooked, lower the heat and place cheese on top of steak. Place lid over everything and let the cheese melt. When it is melted, mixed around the cheese and steak so its evenly cheesed. Slice rolls and place in oven at 350 for a few minutes until toasted. Serve and enjoy!

*Freeze steak for 20 minutes before cooking for easier slicing
