4 Salmon filets
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T fresh lemon juice
extra lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange oven shelf about 8 inches away from heat element in your oven. Preheat to broil.
Place butter in a cast iron skillet. Cook over medium hear, stirring and swirling about 3 minutes or until the butter begins to change color to golden brown. Pour in the honey and let it dissolve into the butter. Add the garlic and saute for a minute. Then add lemon juice.
Add the salmon to the butter and cook each, skin down 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown. Baste with the pan juices continually while cooking. Season with salt and pepper and add lemon wedges to the pan. Transfer to your oven and broil for 5 to 6 minutes until the salmon is nicely brown. Baste a couple of times while broiling/
CHANGES:
If salmon does not have skin, you need to turn it over and cook until nicely browned Instead of using the broiler, bake at 425 for about 4 minutes, until it flakes easily. Be sure to keep basting
