2 Pkg Fleischmann's Active Dry Yeast

1/2 warm water scalded, then cooled

1/2 cup sugar

1 tsp salt

2 eggs beaten

1/4 cup soft butter

4 1/2 to 5 cups flour

1/2 tbsp grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water. Stir milk, sugar, salt, butter, eggs and 1/2 of the flour to the yeast mix until smooth.
Mix lemon rind and enough remaining flour to handle easily.
Turn into lightly floured & cloth-covered board.
Knead until smooth about 10 minutes.
