4 TBS butter or olive oil
1 medium diced onion
2 medium diced carrots
2 stalks diced celery
4 cloves minced garlic
1/3 cup flour
4 cups chicken stock
2 cups milk
3 cups shredded chicken
1 lb cubed potatoes
1 cup corn
1 cup peas
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
* Melt butter in dutch oven.

* Sauté carrots, celery & onion for 6-7 minutes.

* Add garlic & sauté an additional 2-3 minutes.

* Stir in flour until completely blended. Cook 1 minute.

* Gradually add chicken stock. Stiring frequently.

* Add chicken, potatoes, corn, peas & seasonings.

* Cook on medium for about 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.

* Add milk & heat through.
