Cream and pat in 9x13” pan
• 1 stick margarine
• 1 cup flour
• ½ cup chopped pecans
Bake 350° 20 minutes, Cool

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 9 oz cool whip
• shredded coconut

Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in 1 cup cool whip. Spread on first layer and sprinkle with coconut.

• Mix 2 small boxes instant chocolate or lemon pudding, with 3 cups cold milk
Spread on layer 2
• Put remaining cool whip on third layer

• Sprinkle coconut and chopped pecans
