Pillsbury yellow cake mix with pudding (avoid recipe on box)
3 oz box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
½ cup oil
½ cup cold water
½ cup rum


Glaze for topping:
Bring to boil, stirring constantly:
¼ # butter
1 cup sugar
¼ cup water
boil for at least 5 minutes
add ½ cup rum

cool completely

Grease Bundt pan

Mix all ingredients together

Chop 1 cup pecans and put on bottom of pan. Fill pan with cake mixture
Bake at 325° 1 hour.
Let cool 5-10 minutes and invert onto platter

Poke holes in cake with toothpick, fork, etc. and drizzle glaze over cake

serve with whipped cream

Grammie made this a lot, and its always been a crowd favorite...very moist, and yummy.....
I add less water and more rum to this recipe!
