6-8 thinly sliced round steaks
Mustard
6-8 slices of bacon, precooked well
1 large onion, sliced
Pickles, thinly sliced
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce:
6 tbsp. margarine
6 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. beef bouillon
4 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC).

Lay meat slices on flat surface; spread a little mustard on meat and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay bacon, onion, and pickle on top. Roll up each meat, tie or use toothpicks. Coat rolls with flour and brown in buttered frying pan. Place in a small roaster.

Sauce:
In a separate pot add margarine, flour, and bouillon; stir in remaining ingredients. Boil on stove until it thickens, stirring constantly; pour over meat in roaster. Cover and bake for approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
