1/2 stick of butter
milk
Cheddar Cheese - mild and extra sharp
salt
1 egg
salt
pepper
1 lb elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Cook your macaroni until done - do not overcook
mix in cubed butter 1/2 to 3/4 stick of butter oh heck just put in the whole stick
Pour enough milk or if you prefer carnation milk so it is not dry
Grate some mild cheese and some sharp cheese and mix in
Beat one egg and pour in and stir into the mixture evenly

Put some mild grated cheddar on top

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
