Ingredients:  
Chocolate Fudge cake mix – make according to directions.
Pour ½ into a greased 9x13 inch pan or pie plate
Bake for 15 minutes at 350º

Melt and blend together:
1 package caramels
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup butter
15 oz. can evaporated milk

Add:
1 cup chopped pecans

Pour mixture over top of partially baked cake mix

Then add the rest of the cake batter on the top

Bake for 25 minutes more at 350º
