Cook until tender:
3 cups Rhubarb, cut into chunks
1 cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons butter

Add:
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 eggs
⅓ cup canned milk or heavy cream

Stir into Rhubarb mixture until thick

Put into a precooked crust

Make meringue and top pie

Add 3 tsp water
Beat until it stands in peaks
Add ¼ cup sugar
